Rex K.H. Chang (張光信) serves as a mobilizer with the WE Initiative Network and is the founder of WINS (Welcome INternational Students), an initiative focused on caring for international students in Taiwan. He holds an M.Div. from Holy Light Theological Seminary and brings a unique blend of experience from nine years of rural ministry and professional work in university international student affairs.
Rex is deeply committed to mission mobilization and the formation of the next generation. His current work centers on connecting local churches with international student communities, helping believers practice cross-cultural hospitality and participate in God’s mission at their doorstep.
